Hello Otter families!!!
 
Our first home meet is this Saturday. IF your Otter is swimming, please contribute to the concession stand. The guidelines are listed below.
 
Here is some important information regarding our team and the concession stand.
 
>Please recognize that the concession stand is run primarily from donated items.

>Because of this, it is imperative that each family that has swimmer on the team contribute.

>To try to assure that we do not end up with too much of one particular item, we ask that you bring items based on the first letter of your last name.
Last name starting with ...

A-E

Water (6 or 8 pack 16 oz plastic bottles)
Snacks (small bags/snack size, pretzels, chips, crackers, etc.)

F-J

Six pack soda (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite)
Pre-cut fruit/vegetables sliced and placed in individual
plastic bags

K-Q

Six pack Gatorade/Flavored Water
Candy (Reese's Peanutbutter cups, M&M's etc.)

R-Z

Six pack soda (Rootbeer, Orange Soda, Caffeine Free Coke, Caffeine Free Diet Coke)
1 Dozen Donuts or Pre-Sliced bagels

****PLEASE SIGNUP TO VOLUNTEER ON THE SIGNUP SHEET AT THE FRONT DESK DURING PRACTICE****

You MUST MUST MUST sign up for the meet by Tuesday 12/12. Please feel free to sign up earlier for the rest of the upcoming meets if you already know your schedule.
Sign ups at the desk by the wellness pool for timers, lineup, officials, etc., and to help at bake sale table
Saturday morning please be at the pool by 7 am, for warm -ups at 7:15 (ug!!)

AFTER THE MEET: please stick around to clean up. We are all tired and want to go home, but if we all clean up, it goes a lot quicker!
